As an IT Services Representative, you will assist our German-speaking clients in resolving their technical inquiries, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support for our innovative IT solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Guide customers in effectively using our products and services, maximizing their overall experience.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions in our support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their usage.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry trends.

Requirements
