Job description

Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT as a German Speaking Fitness Tech Support Consultant in a remote position based in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers using innovative fitness technology products. Your responsibility will be to assist clients with troubleshooting issues, navigating fitness apps, and ensuring an optimal experience with their fitness devices. Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
  • Identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable devices.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting processes to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer feedback for potential product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in fitness technology to provide informed support and recommendations.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to maximize their use of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within the fitness or technology sectors.
  • Genuine interest in fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also engaging within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
