Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, service issues, and technical support as needed.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client needs.
  • Educate clients about products and services, ensuring they receive accurate information.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
