Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Proactively generate leads through outreach and networking within the industry.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote the benefits of the global search engine's offerings effectively.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals that address specific client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to enhance client satisfaction and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native) and strong English proficiency are essential.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the technology or digital marketing sectors.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while contributing to team goals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and undertake travel as necessary to meet clients.
