Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, managing inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Interact with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather additional insights.
  • Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine interest in online media and understanding of industry trends.
