Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding cruise bookings and inquiries.
  • Promote and sell cruise packages effectively, achieving sales targets while fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
  • Stay informed about cruise itineraries, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for a seamless service experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and implement best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge about products and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish), both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A sales-driven approach with experience in converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
