Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • A proactive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
