Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, changes, and travel requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Stay informed about the airline's services, policies, and programs to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline sector, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
