Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products and services of the Big Five IT Companies.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technology, is preferred.
