Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to electronic products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate support and guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
