Job description

Abakus Center is an innovative e-learning company that specializes in providing personalized tutoring and educational resources to students. We are currently seeking a Sales manager to join our remote team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while promoting active sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • calling clients and messaging;
  • working with WhatsApp messages;
  • working with objections;
  • sell Abakus course packages;
  • making sales plan monthly;
  • working in CRM and updating tasks;
  • agree the time for trial lessons with tutors;
  • filling up google sheets on received leads everyday.

Requirements

Experience skills:

  • Have basic knowledge in the field of education, in particular mental arithmetic;
  • Ability to communicate with people: literacy, politeness, ability to listen, present and argue - everything that is necessary in sales;
  • Mandatory experience in sales from 1 year, priority in the field of education
  • Ability to negotiate by phone, video communication;
  • Successful experience in telephone/video sales from 6 months;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and stages, methods for handling objections, and most importantly, the ability to apply them;
  • Ability to work with refusals, deal with objections.

Personal skills:

  • Persistence and desire to fulfill the metrics/sales plan;
  • Ability and desire to find a way out of any situation;
  • Unscripted, with flexible thinking;
  • Ability to explain complex things in simple language;
