  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline deal flow, automated sequences, customer onboarding, and expansion efforts.
  • Improve reporting on customer health, churn risk, and growth opportunities to drive retention and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain data governance practices to ensure clean and accurate data flows across all systems and tools.
  • Assist in evaluating and managing tech stack integrations to optimize workflows and enhance automation.
  • Leverage operational insights and customer data to identify new revenue opportunities, driving scalable growth.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI); experience with data modeling and automation tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to improve lead routing, sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and customer success reporting to enhance revenue performance.
  • Experience with data governance and ensuring clean, accurate data flows across systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions.
