We are on the lookout for a talented PM to join our OLX Mobile team. In this role, you will lead the work of the cross-functional team to drive and build an innovative mobile app experience for our classifieds experience.

What you will do

Drive the mobile app experience product vision, strategy, goals, success metrics and roadmaps (short and long term)

Build a product that is loved by our users by raising the bar on quality, functionality and usability

Take ownership of success and maintain high standards of product quality from UX to technical infrastructure and team performance

Inspire your teams, partners and build agreement around your plans. Also actively work with your team in the timely delivery of the roadmap

Collaborate with, inspire and build a strong trust battery with Engineering, Design, Data and other teams

What we are looking for

You have 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager (specifically in developing mobile applications), delivering impressive impact at scale and driving significant improvements in key metrics.

You have a strong level of product management craft and hunger to solve complex problems and proactively taking charge in resolving them

You are experienced in resourceful and data-driven product development while applying experimentation that leverages lean principles to test hypotheses and iterate rapidly

You take full end-to-end responsibility for your product, including hands-on work with designers, engineers, data analysts and scientists, and more

You thrive on challenge, constantly seeking opportunities to push boundaries, disrupt conventions, and deliver exceptional results

You have the ability to work with bigger problem spaces and break them down into smaller well-defined problems and actionable steps to align and manage the roadmap

You have significant experience as a product manager developing mobile applications

You have excellent communication skills and require to be proficient in English
