    A Day in The Life:


    We’re searching for a knowledge-hungry and extremely detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team! If you excel at delivering measurable results and thrive on tackling new challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

     

    What you will do:



    Process & Budget Management:

    • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, or service providers to manage expenses effectively.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

    AI & Automation Efficiency:

    • Develop and maintain budget frameworks to automate expense management.
    • Leverage no-code or AI tools (e.g., no-code AI tools, automation apps) to optimize operational workflows.


    Financial Analysis & Profitability:

    • Track departmental budgets against revenue targets, clearly identify variances, and proactively maintain required profit margins.
    • Analyze monthly budgets, flagging items over budget and presenting actionable recommendations to correct course.


    Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Backup:

    • Act as backup and support for HR, Support, Sales, and Consulting managers as needed.
    • Understand key responsibilities across departments to provide strategic support seamlessly when required.


    KPI & Performance Management:

    • Regularly monitor and manage departmental KPIs, ensuring the achievement of key operational and financial metrics.



    We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

    • At least 5+ years of successful experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
    • A strong track record of managing company budgets, implementing cost controls, conducting financial analyses, and overseeing profit margin optimization.
    • Proven success in identifying cost-reduction opportunities, negotiating with vendors, and enhancing budget efficiency.
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in using automation strategies to reduce costs.
    • A comprehensive understanding of HR, Support, Sales, and Consulting operations, supported by hands-on experience.
    • Comfort with learning and employing no-code AI automation or similar productivity tools.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a history of delivering measurable results.
