The Role
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, we need an individual with a can-do attitude, outstanding organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital media and be familiar with revenue and expense reporting as it relates to an agency organization. The Junior Accountant is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, processing vendor and client invoices, confirming the coding of invoices is correct, and confirming the payments applied to invoices are correct. There are multiple vendors and client processes that need to be completed in a timely manner for month-end close.
The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $64,000 - $74,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
**This position requires candidates to be located in the Pacific Time Zone, with a preference for those in the Southern California/Los Angeles area.
