Symfony Engineer (API Platform Expert) - Basic Spanish required

Requirements

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Symfony and API Platform.
• Architect, build, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring efficiency and maintainability.
• Apply SOLID principles and best coding practices to software development.
• Manage source code with Git and Bitbucket, following CI/CD best practices.
• Write and maintain unit and functional tests using PHPUnit and adopt Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable.
• Work with Docker for containerized applications and have basic experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment, contributing ideas, providing feedback, and taking ownership of key deliverables.
• Basic Spanish required

Must-Have Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✅ Strong expertise in Symfony and API Platform development.

✅ Experience in consuming and building RESTful APIs.

✅ Solid knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.

✅ Basic understanding of Terraform.

✅ Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

✅ Proficiency in writing tests with PHPUnit.

✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.

✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

➕ Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

➕ Knowledge of GraphQL and API security best practices.

➕ Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
