Head of Product (AI-driven US Start-Up)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, Monday to Friday

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM EST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates worldwide with availability during Eastern Time hours.

Instead of placing a single bet on one AI-driven product, our lab operates with a high-velocity, experimental approach—launching multiple AI-driven ventures, tracking traction, and doubling down on what scales. Our key focus is on building scalable AI products that optimize for virality, monetization, and rapid iteration.

To execute this vision, we are assembling a lean but highly effective founding team consisting of:

• Head of Product / CTO (You): A seasoned AI and product expert who will drive innovation, technical execution, and scalability.

This role is for a highly strategic, hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building and scaling AI-driven businesses.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Head of Product / CTO to drive product development, AI architecture, and technical strategy across multiple ventures in our AI Venture Lab. This role requires expertise in AI/ML, automation, and product development, along with the ability to move quickly, iterate, and optimize for market adoption.

The ideal candidate is a builder, problem solver, and strategic thinker—someone who can balance rapid experimentation with scaling high-impact AI products. You’ll lead technical execution, oversee AI infrastructure, and ensure we use the best tools, frameworks, and data models to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Reponsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end product roadmap, from idea to launch, across multiple AI-driven ventures.
• Define and test MVPs quickly, using data to validate and scale high-potential products.
• Build AI automation workflows to streamline content creation, arbitrage, and engagement.
• Work closely with Growth & Sales to drive virality, monetization, and user adoption.
• As the first hire, build and scale the tech team from the ground up.
• Make key technical decisions, ensuring high standards in code quality and architecture.

AI & Technical Leadership

• Design and manage AI-driven systems for YouTube automation, luxury goods arbitrage, and AI-powered news aggregation.
• Choose and implement the best AI tools, frameworks, and platforms for scalability and efficiency.
• Optimize AI workflows for seamless automation, real-time data analysis, and scalability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring rapid iteration and deployment.

Scaling & Monetization

• Track and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve product success.
• Develop monetization strategies through ads, subscriptions, affiliate marketing, and SaaS models.
• Improve SEO, discoverability, and user engagement in collaboration with Growth & Sales.
• Assess potential exit opportunities and acquisition strategies for successful ventures.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Work with the founding team to define business and product strategy.
• Hire and lead a high-performing technical team as the company grows.
• Foster an agile, high-speed, and quality-focused product development culture.
• Provide clear insights on timelines, resources, and technical constraints.

Key Challenges & Problem-Solving Areas

• Scaling AI content workflows – How can we efficiently create and optimize 100+ YouTube videos per month?
• Automating AI-powered arbitrage – What solutions enable real-time price tracking and profitable trades?
• Ensuring AI-generated news accuracy – How do we build a credible, real-time news platform?
• Optimizing for virality & engagement – What features drive user engagement and retention?

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, product management, and technical leadership.
• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, RunwayML, Pictory, Synthesia, and others.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP, and automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and scale AI-based ventures from MVP to market adoption.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and ability to execute quickly in a lean environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of SQL (?).
• Experience in growth hacking, virality optimization, and AI-driven content generation.
• Prior experience in a startup, AI lab, or high-growth tech company.
