Job description

Overview:

NDR’s goal of Best-in-Class Client Servicing continues to expand! The Senior Client Insights Analyst is responsible for supporting the mission and goals of National Debt Relief through granular research and quantification of our client behaviors and demographics. This individual is responsible for answering business questions and helping to identify pain points in our client journeys, while aiding in population sizing.  This position will be a partner within BI team and inter-departmentally to answer the questions about our clients that are not always front and center.  This role is expected to not just take on questions and provide answers, but to constantly assess our client inventory and help to identify areas of opportunity.  This role is expected to be a creative problem solver with understanding of our data and how to solution an analysis when there are many pending questions.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize existing data structure to find answers to stakeholder inquiries. With each new inquiry, this individual will be expected to take active role in designing the approach and be fully responsible for execution.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across various departments to understand desires and ensure outputs will meet the demand.
  • Provide new information that arises during execution, making recommendations for changes or extensions on the initial request, while remaining in close communication with Director.
  • Present findings both independently and in a supporting role. Individual must be able to present effectively and in simplified output from extensive data that was utilized in analysis.
  • Responsible for analysis storytelling and key player in recommending potential actions from learnings.
  • Match data to the “whole human” client, finding data evidence that points to client needs, behaviors, and segmentations.
  • Work directly with end user audience to ensure outputs are digestible and ready to take next steps on.
  • Identify and report trends and issues uncovered within data that may limit current or future desires from this function.
  • Partner with Data teams to ensure proper structure and variables are available to support desires of end stakeholders.
  • Proactively propose new ideas for research and partner to change and evolve the function.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years’ experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics/Business Systems
  • Experience working with CRM platforms

  • Strong individual project management experience—ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines.
  • Thoughtful and creative about information presentation and display.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and compartmentalize various priorities.
  • Deeply passionate about helping customers.
  • Ability to align findings to strategic goals and opportunities.
  • Preferred: Salesforce/Einstein Experience

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $93,500 to $113,000 annually. Benefits:
