Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a personal assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of supporting personal and professional activities. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to manage and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. 
  • Organizational Proficiency: Exceptional organizational skills to track tasks, manage schedules, and keep personal and project-related activities streamlined. 
  • Spreadsheet Expertise: Advanced experience with spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and maintain data effectively. 
  • AI Familiarity: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content generation, task automation, and efficiency improvements. 
  • Proactive and Flexible: Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Core responsibilities:

  • Job Application Support: Assist in job searching, tailoring resumes using AI tools like ChatGPT, drafting cover letters, and managing the application process. 
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and organize schedules for both personal and project-related activities using Google Calendar or recommend and manage alternative tools for improved efficiency. 
  • Project Organization: Track and document the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met and proactively communicating updates.
  • Research and Recommendations: Conduct research on software or tools to improve organization and workflow and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records, manage spreadsheets, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before approval and submission. 
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, think creatively to solve problems, and take initiative to propose and execute solutions without requiring constant direction.
