Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2.5-5 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate or event-based video projects.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Final Cut Pro, with a strong understanding of its tools, shortcuts, and advanced features for professional-quality editing.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for visual aesthetics, ensuring each video is polished, engaging, and free from errors or inconsistencies. 
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality edits within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Communication Skills: Strong understanding of client requirements and feedback processing, ensuring revisions align with project goals.
  • Independent Worker: Self-driven and capable of managing workloads independently, while ensuring consistent, high-quality output on all projects.

Core responsibilities:

  • Real Estate Video Editing: Edit high-quality real estate videos to highlight properties and attract potential buyers, following specific stylistic guidelines. 
  • Final Cut Pro Proficiency: Use Final Cut Pro for seamless video editing, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and polished final cuts that align with brand aesthetics. 
  • Project-Based Editing: Complete editing tasks on a per-project basis, balancing quality with efficiency to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Client-Driven Revisions: Make adjustments based on client feedback, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with the photographers creative vision.
  • Content Organization: Manage digital assets and project files systematically, ensuring efficient access and easy retrieval for ongoing projects. 
  • Quality Control: Review final videos for clarity, continuity, and visual impact, ensuring they meet brand standards before submission.
