Job Requirements:

  • Min 3.5 years of proven experience in social media ad management, specifically with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads. 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights). 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, focusing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets to align with business goals. 
  • Oversee daily ad operations, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. 
  • Work with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives tailored to each platforms requirements and best practices.
  • Write compelling ad copy and calls-to-action that align with brand voice and appeal to target audiences. 
  • Conduct audience research and use data-driven insights to define and refine target audiences for each campaign.
  • Set up and manage targeting parameters to reach ideal customer segments and maximize engagement. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ad campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. 
  • Track key metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and adjust campaigns as needed.
