As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead over Measurement Strategy & Planning to develop and execute the Client-on-Clientroadmap, helping our organization leverage the best-in-class tools to accomplish organization goals. Your work will enable hundreds of marketers across the Digital Experience and Digital Media organizations to drive impactful results through data-driven insights and strategic measurement frameworks.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead of Measurement Strategy & Planning to execute the Client-on-Client roadmap, focusing on delivering insights that empower marketing teams across the organization.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a measurement roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and marketing priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and integrate into the larger roadmap.
Drive data analysis and reporting to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Support the development of dashboards and reports that communicate marketing performance and key insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Support the implementation of advanced measurement techniques to innovate and elevate Client's marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance client’s marketing analytics capabilities.
What You Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
A degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven ability to translate business questions into technical requirements and data-driven solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing data analysis and providing actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies and tools, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
