Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on scope and discovery phases for Zoho implementation projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique business needs, translate those requirements into actionable insights, and support the development of robust, client-centered Zoho solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and challenges.
Work with clients to define project scope, establish timelines, and develop an in-depth understanding of requirements.
Conduct analysis of current workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment with Zoho’s capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into actionable project plans and configuration options within Zoho.
Document requirements, workflows, and project scopes to ensure clarity and continuity throughout the project.
Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition for clients as they adopt new processes.
Requirements
Location & Schedule:
Based in India; this is a remote position requiring the IST night shift (5:30 pm to 2:30 am).
Proven experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on software or CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications or similar software. (salesforce, SAP, Hubspot, etc)
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information into clear, concise reports and documentation.
Problem-solving mindset with a client-centric approach to project scoping and discovery.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
