This is a remote position.

As a People Operations Associate at Paragon Consulting, you will be crucial in supporting our HR initiatives and helping our clients scale effectively. This role is perfect for someone driven, hard-working, and eager to learn about international HR standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordination of interviews.

  • Help maintain client databases and employee records.

  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of external communications.

  • Assist in the implementation of people operations strategies and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects.

  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and international standards.




Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

  • Based in Abuja or Lagos

  • Post NYSC, meaning you must have completed NYSC/exempted.

  • Strong interest in people operations and HR practices.

  • Great positive personality. Enjoys communication and willing to develop strong communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and enjoys being organized.

  • Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Tech savvy is a must! Proficiency in G-Suite and can pick up on tech tools quickly.

  • Must have a personal computer.
