Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of an innovative, global organization? Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the Corporate Controller will play a key role in overseeing financial compliance and operations across our international entities.

In this position, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, maintain adherence to accounting and regulatory standards, and spearhead initiatives that enhance and scale our financial operations. You’ll lead a talented Accounting team, identifying growth opportunities, mentoring team members to excel, and driving high-impact projects with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports to meet organizational needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to accounting standards, including US GAAP, IFRS, and European regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of compliance.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the Accounting team by identifying growth opportunities, providing mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Process Optimization: Champion initiatives to enhance financial processes, implementing efficient and scalable solutions while developing robust internal controls.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and other departments to strengthen financial controls and maintain compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active CPA license required.
• Professional Experience:
  • At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
  • Background in Big 4 Accounting.
  • Expertise in European financial operations, taxes, and compliance.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and European regulatory standards. Proficiency in NetSuite and other financial software tools.
• Leadership Skills: A proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Cultural Competence: Significant experience leading and collaborating with multicultural teams, especially across Europe.
