About the Role

As we scale, we are seeking a Partnership & Marketing Operations Lead to own and optimize partner workflows, enhance attribution models, and streamline lead flows across PartnerStack, Salesforce, HubSpot, CrossBeam, Workato, and Chili Piper. You will support the automation of partner referrals, improve marketing-to-sales data syncs, and ensure precise UTM tracking and campaign attribution to drive revenue impact. This role will serve as the frontline manager and primary support for the GTM tech stack, working closely with the GTM Systems & Operations team to design and refine processes. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring systems are integrated efficiently while setting clear expectations on capabilities and limitations. While you won’t need to build every solution, you must be able to step in when needed, troubleshoot issues, and drive system optimization

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize PartnerStack, ensuring partner referrals, deal registrations, and payouts sync seamlessly with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Develop automated partner lead distribution and attribution workflows via Workato, ensuring accurate revenue tracking from sourced & influenced deals.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot-to-Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow for lead routing, lifecycle tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • Implement and refine UTM tracking, ensuring accurate source attribution for inbound leads, partner referrals, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop and scale multi-touch attribution models in Salesforce to accurately track marketing and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Automate marketing performance tracking, ensuring clear attribution of paid, organic, referral, and partner-generated leads.
  • Optimize campaign tracking frameworks, aligning with MQL, SQL, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
  • Enhance ABM workflows, ensuring target accounts receive personalized engagement across email, content, and paid media channels.
  • Own Chili Piper and Chili Piper Distro workflows, ensuring seamless inbound lead distribution and meeting scheduling across marketing and sales teams.
  • Optimize lead routing logic, ensuring high-intent partner and marketing leads are automatically assigned to the right reps based on territory, tiering, and sales cycles.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Partnership Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations, with a strong focus on attribution modeling and automation.
  • Tech for Good SaaS experience, especially in the nonprofit or impact-driven space.
  • Expertise in Workato, including building automated workflows for PartnerStack, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in UTM tracking, multi-touch attribution modeling, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Chili Piper and Chili Piper Distro.
  • Experience managing Crossbeam, including account mapping, co-selling collaboration, and partner data sharing.
  • Strong ABM experience, including segmentation, target account tracking, and personalized outreach workflows.
  • HubSpot Admin Certification or extensive experience managing HubSpot configurations
  • Clay enrichment experience, including clay data table building and automation workflows.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and partner-led growth models.
