About You

You enjoy delivering impactful SaaS-driven digital transformation projects. In your role, you’ll act as a technical and functional expert, assisting customers in understanding and optimizing the AppDirect Marketplace platform. You’ll use your collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and enjoy thriving in a fast-paced, agile development environment. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project success.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Technical Scoping & Estimation: Collaborate with Business Consultants and Solution Architects to identify, scope, and estimate customizations for the AppDirect Marketplace.
  • Customer Consulting: Provide technical guidance to customers, leveraging AppDirect APIs, Marketplace features, and reporting capabilities.
  • Configuration & Onboarding: Assist with IDP/SSO configurations, onboarding first-party and third-party products, and setting up marketplace profiles for customers.
  • Technical Delivery:

    • Develop test plans for customization requests and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Prepare technical documentation for implementation projects.
    • Support user, company, and entitlement migration activities.

  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for customers on various marketplace features and ensure smooth delivery of both out-of-the-box and custom solutions.
  • System Integration: Work on integrating third-party APIs with AppDirect platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to QA processes to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar field.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to solve technical and project-related issues independently and within a team.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and database technologies like MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience with data migration projects involving large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS-based implementations and project delivery models.

Preferred Assets:

  • Familiarity with leading ISV/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft, DocuSign, Dropbox, Zendesk).
  • Experience in e-commerce domains.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced REST/GraphQL APIs, and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or frameworks like React.js.
