About the Gig

We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our Admissions team that will be responsible for the selection of high potential students, who we’ll turn into great developers, data analysts, product designers and cybersecurity professionals.


The Admissions Associate will be responsible for:

  • Inbound lead management Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call.
  • Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants to our courses through interviews, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen to understand their career goals and educational needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (i.e. informational events/open houses).
  • Product Expertise: Becoming an expert of our courses and the coding bootcamp industry.
  • Any additional sales and marketing ideas that you can come up with!


Is this You?

  • You have 2 years experience in sales, business development, admissions or similar role.
  • You are a goal-driven, KPI enthusiast: You have a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You are fluent in Spanish & English
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and empathetic phone presence.
  • You are tech savvy and are comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • You’re passionate about education and technology.
  • You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy.
