Job description

The Call Center (TCC), LLC., and affiliate of The Agora Companies, is seeking an Outbound Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves making outbound calls to support one of our clients, reaching out to leads who have opted in or expressed interest in our services/products to schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional customer experience while aiming to achieve the scheduled calls.

 

We provide thorough training on our services and products, including sharing successfully proven techniques. We invest in our people with ongoing coaching and performance reviews to ensure continuous development and success. This is a remote role.

 

Working Hours

  • Five days per week (Monday – Saturday)
  • Shifts between 12:00 AM – 8:30 PM EST

 

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Communicate service benefits and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with leads as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time (AHT), quality assurance (QA) scores, and outbound call metrics.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in an outbound call center, sales, or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and basic computer applications.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to adapt to business needs.

Location - Fully Remote (Must be located in the DMV area)

Compensation - $16 per hour
