Our Website Designer Team:
The Websites Team’s mission is to provide beautifully designed, innovative, SEO enhanced, user-friendly website solutions for hotels and accommodations. Our team is a diverse group of creative and experienced customer-centric professionals who thrive through proactive collaboration and communication and have a shared passion for user experience, problem-solving, and staying ahead in website design trends.
We focus on delivering a great customer experience and professionally built websites that help our customers potentially increase their direct bookings. We are looking for a resilient, collaborative, and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with customers, AI, website builders, SEO tools, to create visually appealing, high-performing websites for hotels and accommodations. Your work will directly impact our customers' success by enhancing their online presence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and refine your skills in digital marketing and SEO enhancement while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Develop and build professional hospitality websites using an in-house builder, employing a consultative approach.
- Oversee website onboarding projects and ensure timely service delivery across multiple accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and manage task systems related to website service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with diverse customer profiles via video, email, and voice calls.
- Collaborate with website designers to deliver websites on schedule and utilize graphic design tools for brand-aligned visuals.
- Address website errors, provide support, and contribute to website service improvement initiatives.
- Manage internal escalations, handle customer complaints, and develop improved website service processes.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- Experience in designing and creating websites on any website builder platform
- Experience in or has a general understanding of SEO optimization and google analytics basics
- Creative, has a keen eye for design, high attention to detail and can follow the onboarding process set by the team
- Effective execution and management of several website projects with varying processes in a timely manner
- Effective communication and Emotional Intelligence: outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.
