3+ years of photo editing experience and proficiency in Adobe Lightroom with a strong portfolio showcasing photo editing and enhancement skills. Demonstrated experience in sales administration or a similar role, handling client communications effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proven experience in managing digital assets and client databases with high attention to detail. Familiarity with general office software (specifically Google Workspace and Airtable) and inbox management tools. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Core responsibilities:

Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom and following SOPs to ensure consistency for clients. Coordinate with clients via email and text, ensuring timely and professional communication. Manage the digital asset library, organizing images and maintaining version control. Oversee the sales administration process including order tracking, invoicing, and follow-up communications. Maintain and update client information databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to support project workflows and resolve any client issues. Monitor and manage the administrative inbox, prioritizing and responding to inquiries efficiently.
