About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This Solution Engineer entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, customer engagement, and problem-solving. As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will support the sales team by assisting in technical demonstrations, learning about customer needs, and helping to deliver value-driven solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in pre-sales, digital experience platforms, and solution consulting while working alongside experienced professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist senior pre-sales engineers in technical demonstrations of Sitecore solutions.
- Learn and support the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to understand customer needs. · Participate in the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with guidance from senior team members. · Gain exposure to public speaking and product presentations at industry events.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
- Continuously learn and develop skills in digital experience platforms, martech solutions, and related technologies.
- Provide technical perspective on the product fit for the customer’s stated problem and determine the business problem it solves.
- Maintain accurate and up to date information regarding opportunities and activity in Sitecore’s CRM.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A foundational understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in learning about pre-sales engineering, software demonstrations, and technical sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to develop public speaking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing personal learning and development.
- A passion for digital technology, customer engagement and customer/partner empathy.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Exposure to Web Content Management (CMS), e-commerce, or digital asset management systems.
- Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions and headless content management systems.
