Technical Consultant - ServiceNow (IRM - Integrated Risk Management)

What you’ll do as a Technical Consultant
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant at Wrangu, you will provide consulting services and hands-on delivery of technical aspects for ServiceNow implementations, specialising in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). You will engage with clients to translate business requirements into high-quality, technical solutions. This role will allow you to apply your expertise and contribute to innovative solutions that drive client success.

Day to Day you’ll

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM applications, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit Management, and Advanced Audit.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Participate in functional design workshops, both onsite and remotely, helping to define design specifications.
  • Address technical and configuration questions, communicating complex technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with the ServiceNow Now Create methodology and industry best practices throughout implementation.
  • Produce technical and client-facing documentation as needed, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist with gap analysis and provide advice on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success, providing input into project status reports and assisting with delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues.

You’ll have…

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring IRM solution within the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (or the ability to gain certifications immediately).
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit Management, and Advanced Audit.
  • Strong technical skills, including 1-2 years of scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with strong client engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
  • Ability to create clear, concise documentation for both technical and customer-facing audiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region and beyond.

Location:
Candidates can be based in the UK, Portugal, or the Netherlands, with occasional travel to the UK for workshops required.
