Job description


As the Lead Product Architect, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our products. You will lead a team of software engineers within an Agile development process, providing mentorship, hands-on technical expertise, and setting a high standard for architectural excellence. You thrive on solving complex problems, learning quickly, and designing data-driven solutions that align with both technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Development:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product codebase through hands-on exploration.
  • Oversee and guide technical delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Continuously improve development processes and team workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, requirements, and release schedules.
  • Identify and address technical gaps impacting the end-user experience.
  • Estimate development requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Engineering Leadership & Mentoring:
  • Lead and mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and technical rigor.
  • Guide global development teams to create optimal technical designs and implementations.
  • Initiate and participate in efforts to improve processes, product quality, and team dynamics.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration for seamless product integration.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing improved systems and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams within an Agile environment.
  • Strong technical expertise with a track record of delivering production-ready software.
  • Experience with software compilers, decompilers, and obfuscation products, including PreEmptive.
  • Familiarity with white-hat hacking, reverse engineering, and mobile rootkit concepts is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of team-based development and modern software practices
  • Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, Java bytecode, and C# MSIL/IL.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to excel in both technical and business-oriented challenges.
