WHO ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
The Solution Delivery Manager serves as the primary client-facing delivery manager responsible for orchestrating successful solution implementations across our SLED (State, Local, and Education) and elections domain projects. This role bridges the gap between technical delivery teams, product management, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless solution deployment and adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead end-to-end solution delivery for complex client implementations, with a focus on SLED and elections domain projects
· Partner with Product and Design teams to create comprehensive delivery plans that align with client expectations and contractual obligations
· Manage and communicate project roadmaps, timeline adjustments, and scope changes to stakeholders
· Oversee quality assurance processes, including UAT coordination, defect management, and resolution tracking
· Drive user adoption through strategic change management and training initiatives
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including user sentiment, adoption metrics, and system performance
· Manage cross-functional delivery teams including project managers, release leads, and training/OCM specialists
· Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (NFRs) and maintain system health metrics
· Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
· Extensive experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, SmartSheet, Monday.com, Azure DevOps).
· Deep understanding of modern development frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
· Proven success in enterprise solution deployments and SLED sector projects, particularly elections systems.
· Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management strategies.
· Proficiency in system metrics analysis, QA processes, UAT management, and technical concept translation.
· Strategic mindset with strong leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
· Hybrid work setup in Los Angeles with some client-facing travel required.
