To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for an experienced Software Architect with strong leadership and communication skills to join our team. You will play a key part in guiding technical teams and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

In this role, you will have real ownership and influence over architectural decisions. You will be able to shape the future architecture from a legacy system — it's already evolving, but you have a unique opportunity to guide and drive it with a strong hand. You will work with a technically complex system that includes everything — legacy components, new modules, emerging technologies, and challenging decisions. You'll be part of the leadership team and collaborate with a cross-team architectural board alongside experienced architects and tech leads.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Software Architect or similar role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and development teams.
Experience with leading technical decision making.
Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives.
Strong background in software development with experience in Java, Angular, Oracle, and PostgreSQL is beneficial.
