Job description

We are Tagvenue - a global online marketplace for venue hire. With growth, empowerment, and execution at our core, we're on a mission to revolutionize the venue-booking experience worldwide. We launched in mid-2015, and within a short period, we achieved a market-leading position in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Canada, and we’re expanding rapidly in the US. As a team of 100+ professionals, we're on the lookout for talented individuals who share our drive for innovation and passion for excellence. Join us and be part of reshaping the future of event experiences worldwide.

We’re looking for an independent, outgoing Growth Specialist who thrives on talking to people, driving adoption, and shaping the product based on real-world insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be a dynamic mix of growth, onboarding, and product development. You'll drive user adoption, ensure they stay engaged, and turn their feedback into valuable product improvements. From guiding new users through the platform to showcasing its impact through calls and video demos, you'll play a key role in shaping their experience and the product’s evolution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Adoption & Activation

  • Own the outreach strategy—prospect, engage, and convert suppliers through email, LinkedIn, and direct calls.

  • Confidently conduct video demos to walk venue managers through Tagvenue ’s features and value.

  • Ensure users experience immediate value, helping them integrate a product into their workflow.

  • Optimize onboarding flows, from self-serve guides to hands-on assistance.

Gather User Insights & Shape the Product

  • Be the voice of the customer, collecting feedback from suppliers on usability, pain points, and missing features.

  • Work closely with the product team, supporting them in prioritizing the right features

  • Collaborate on feature iterations, testing new functionalities with users and refining based on their feedback.

Optimize Engagement & Retention

  • Track user activity and identify drop-off points in adoption.

  • Experiment with re-engagement tactics and automation to keep venues active.

  • Help achieve ambitious success metrics for product adoption and user
    satisfaction.

Cross-functional mindset – You work seamlessly between growth, product, and operations.
