Job Description/ Responsibilities Job Summary Project Analyst will be part of the disaster recovery (DR) project to mirror production. They will lead, organize and report on progress for specific application areas for an enterprise project.
Responsibilities • Own the planning and implementation of project management strategies in the project results align with business goals. Coordinate the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, set timelines, and prioritize optimally. • Apply expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools to monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments. Establish and maintain relationships with key collaborators, providing regular updates and facilitating collaborator meetings to ensure alignment and support. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned in future projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the Retail Banking sector. • Develop a culture of excellence and innovation within the project team, encouraging creativity and efficient problem-solving. Conduct financial forecasting and budget management to enhance project investment and financial sustainability. Implement standard methodologies in project management, staying abreast of new trends and technologies that can enhance project outcomes.
