​We’re looking for an Admin and Payroll Specialist – GERMAN SPEAKER to join our HR Services Team, located in Pila - Poland.

Admin and Payroll Specialist in our team plays crucial role in the organization. She or He interacts with general management, HR managers and employees, by responding to HR related requests. Is at the heart of a passionate international team and communicating with many countries across Europe.

New team member will

  • become an experienced professional in managing employee’s life cycle from their on-boarding to the off-boarding through their day-to-day needs.
  • develop, enhance and streamline internal processes where possible.
  • communicate with other departments to resolve employee issues.
  • be introduced to world-class software’s such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
  • prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions.

More about you

We are looking for potential candidates who have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree. Speaks English & German fluently and feels comfortable with IT tools such as Excel on a high level or any other automated programs.

Ideal candidate should have analytical and detail-oriented approach, should also have a sharp mind with an interest in solving problems and striving to optimize processes.
