Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding SAP SuccessFactors instances with different modules (Employee Central, Learning and HR Performance Management)
Coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with the different business departments and other stakeholders
Serving as a part of the 2nd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments
Analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests
Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date
Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with internal processes
Support of go-lives
Collaboration in projects
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Service, IT or related
At least 1-2 years of work experience
Fluent written and spoken English, German language would be an asset
Willingness to travel (regular business trips to Essen)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR software in the following modules: Master Data, Learning, Performance Management
Knowledge of internet and cloud technologies
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in process analysis, optimization and design
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
