Skills & Requirements:

    • Experience with D365 BC/NAV Business Application technology focused on Finance or SCM.
    • Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into solutions.
    • Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines
    • Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement Business Central solutions for customers, including customisation and data migration.
    • Participate in client workshops to analyse and design D365 BC solutions and write functional specifications.
    • Transform the business requirements into application requirements.
    • Scope change to Business Central functionality to identify customers' needs and extend the functionality of the standard application.
    • Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes.
    • Train customer key users and/or end-users.
    • Assist in the transition of the solution to the support team.
