As our company continues its dynamic growth, we are actively seeking a new member of our Talent Acquisition Team.

As fully remote Back-office & HR Coordinator for Brazil and LATAM region within our dynamic consulting company, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process while also managing various administrative duties. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and contributing to the success of our IT recruitment efforts.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Back Office Management: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including email communication, documentation and record-keeping.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and overseeing documentation.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Marketing: supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand presence.

What Are We Looking For
