Funciones
Atender y resolver consultas de los clientes en alemán, proporcionando un servicio excepcional y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
Gestionar la comunicación diaria con los clientes, incluyendo el seguimiento de incidencias, gestión de tickets y resolución de problemas técnicos.
Realizar informes de seguimiento y contribuir a la mejora continua del servicio basado en la retroalimentación de los clientes.
