Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
Reporting directly into the Head of European Sales, you will take full ownership of the territory, focusing on growing the Jellycat Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets – strategically in luxury and premium channels. Building the brand in the right way, for the long-term future. Managing a team of Account Managers and Account Administrators, your aim is to drive sales alongside agents in specific regions. You will develop a market growth strategy, maximising sales in existing accounts (a combination of independent and house accounts), identifying new business opportunities, succession planning and most importantly ensuring the team and agents are highly engaged.
This role will be based remotely in Germany with a requirement to travel across your region and visit the London headquarters regularly.
