environment.

Job Summary:
As a Commission-Based Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business by
identifying and converting leads into long-term clients. You’ll work remotely, leveraging your
sales expertise to build relationships and promote our range of virtual assistance and remote
staffing services. Your success will directly impact your earnings, as you will be compensated on
a recurring commission basis for each client you bring on board.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients in the USA and Australia through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, online research, and networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to articulate the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous engagement.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and secure agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using our CRM system.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the virtual assistance, remote
staffing, or professional services industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Ability to work with a flexible schedule and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Experience or willingness to work on a commission-only basis with recurring revenue
incentives.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • There will be no base salary for this position.
  • Commission Structure: Competitive commissions ranging typically from 10% to 20% of the net revenue generated per client, paid as long as the client remains with the company.
  • There is a recurring revenue commission as long as the client stays with the company 2%-4%.
  • Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses or tiered commission increases for exceeding sales targets.
