Job description

Beacon Mobility Corp.

A commercial analyst is responsible for evaluating the performance of business operations in the market, including consumer demands and sales analysis. Commercial analysts monitor the market trends, identifying business opportunities that would generate more revenue resources for the business, as well as developing strategic approaches to attract potential clients and maintain long-lasting business relationships. They also manage the company's financial stability, reviewing competitors' activities, and recommending methods to maximize production operations and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Review all information related to potential mergers and acquisitions. 

  • Review business proposals and reports. 

  • Compile data and perform analysis on business projects. 

  • Help perform due diligence analysis on proposed acquisitions. 

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of assignments. 

  • Assist with initial integration of newly acquired businesses. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

  • Three (3) years of progressive commercial or management experience. 

  • College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. 

  • Knowledge of transportation industry. 

  • Knowledge of merger and acquisition processes. 

Salary:

  • $97,500 per year depending on experience
