About this role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual experienced in client success or account management to join our team. This role is responsible for retaining and growing relationships with key partners within their own book-of-business, as well as playing a support role to more senior Partnership Success team members with large, strategic accounts. This person will have strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. They will serve as a trusted advisor and Pacify liaison for mid-to-senior level contacts with our health plan and public health partners. This individual needs to operate independently and be driven to uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly assess potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations. The position is fast paced, highly visible to leadership, and offers exciting potential for growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main Pacify point of contact for all assigned Pacify accounts and manage the overall success of these partnerships. This includes, but is not limited to new partner implementation, training, increasing adoption, managing renewals, and maintaining high levels of overall partner satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status and open issues, presenting reports, answering program questions, managing change, and facilitating regular meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams to ensure delivery according to the agreed upon scope and schedule.
  • Project manage open items for client programs, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with company best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize sound judgment in assessing client relationship health; identifying, mitigating, and resolving problems that may arise.
  • Work with the Partnership Success leadership to support account growth and drive ongoing value in support of the partner’s strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements within the Partnership Success team and organization.
  • Ensure that all practices are carried out in a professional and ethical manner to maintain the company’s reputation as a high-quality solutions provider.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of client management or account management experience.
  • Strong EQ - ability to read a room and adjust the message to the audience.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively based on changing needs.
  • An interest and understanding of healthcare with a specific interest in maternal health and Medicaid.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to design and deliver presentations and lead external calls.
  • Ability to work independently without explicit direction.
  • Strong team player and self-starter who thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency with Google suite and Microsoft Office suite
