Success in this role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and craft strategic solutions tailored to each carrier partner’s needs.

Reporting to the Leader of Account Management, you will collaborate closely with sales agency, integrations, marketing, and data analytics teams to maximize carrier partner success and optimize business impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise partners across our platform’s product offerings.

  • Set clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders around performance, budget, and growth while ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business lines, aligning with company monetization goals.

  • Track and analyze key account metrics in collaboration with the analytics team.

  • Utilize data tools like Excel and Looker to identify performance gaps and drive improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to address partner needs and optimize engagement.

  • Respond promptly to urgent internal and external stakeholder issues, ensuring seamless communication.

  • Provide regular updates on client portfolio performance to the executive team.

  • Mentor fellow account managers, sharing best practices, and provide guidance on complex challenges.
