IAM Analyst - SailPoint

Overview:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an Identity Access Management RBAC (Role Based Access Control) Analyst to join our Information Security Office (ISO). This position will be reporting to the Information Security Manager in IAM and will be responsible for leveraging leading tools, technologies and processes with the IAM space. The analyst will be working closely with the business (our subsidiaries), IT, and other members of IAM and must have extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Azure and Access Provisioning solutions.

• This role can sit 100% remote.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test and implement Technology and Business roles utilizing SailPoint IIQ
• Coordinate the review of access utilizing the principals of “Least Privilege” and “Segregation of Duties”
• Assist with developing and maintaining RBAC requirements and documentation
• Serve as an IIQ SME to troubleshoot and support issues
• Act as a liaison between the IAM Team the business and geographically diverse IT support teams
• Analyzes and communicates the viability of technical solutions and processes to meet project timelines, budget and quality
• May perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
• Requires 3+ years of experience with working with Active Directory
• Requires 3+ years of experience in user account provisioning in a broad range of IT systems
• Requires 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Role Based Access Control utilizing SailPoint IIQ
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many levels of Management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
• Well organized, with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and oral

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of MS Azure environments
• Working knowledge of MS O365 (specifically Excel for data manipulation)
• Working knowledge of MS Exchange

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.  The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
