Min 2.5 years Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple properties efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Core responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of both short-term vacation rentals and long-term rental properties. Manage check-ins/check-outs, lease agreements, and tenant/guest communications. Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, booking confirmations, and tenant onboarding. Address guest/tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction. Implement and oversee a system for collecting guest reviews and feedback for continuous improvement. Schedule and oversee cleaning services, repairs, and routine maintenance. Oversee guest communications and automate processes for smoother operations.
